Is Fitrah Fitness designed specifically for Muslim women?

Yes. We are built by Muslim women, for Muslim women. This means every workout features modestly dressed trainers and respectful language. You can cast workouts to your TV without worrying about who walks into the room—it is designed to be family-friendly and aligned with your values.

How does the app handle fasting and menstrual cycles?

We work with your body, not against it. The app features a "Fasting Mode" (perfect for Ramadan or voluntary fasts) and cycle-synced recommendations to adjust intensity based on your energy levels. We also include a private makeup tracker for missed fasts.

Is there music in the workout videos?

No, the workouts do not have music. Fitrah Fitness includes an audio library of non-instrumental nature sounds to enjoy during your workouts if you choose.  This lets you focus entirely on the trainer’s instructions or listen to your own recitation/podcast while you train.

What makes Fitrah Fitness different from mainstream apps?

We integrate faith and fitness. Mainstream apps focus purely on aesthetics. Fitrah Fitness focuses on the amanah (trust) of your body. We combine professional programming with prayer-aware scheduling and a sisters-only community to help you build consistency without compromising your deen.

Do I need gym equipment or prior fitness experience?

No. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, we have a plan for you. The app offers a wide range of bodyweight, low-impact, and strength sessions designed for small spaces. You can get a full workout done in your living room with just an exercise mat.

Is there a free trial or flexible subscription?

Yes. You can try Fitrah Fitness completely free for 7 days to see if it’s right for you. We offer flexible monthly and annual plans, and you can cancel easily at any time via your app store settings if it’s not the right fit.
